| Message From The State Deputy |
“In Solidarity with
our Priest”
I want to begin by thanking you for
your support this past year and for the confidence in me that you have shown in
allowing me to represent you and the State for another year. The work that you
do for our Church, Community and Order continue to amaze me. But this fraternal
year is not yet complete. As of May 29, 2007 the State stands at 81% of our
goal. We only need another 65 new members to put Alabama back in the Circle of
Honor where we have always belonged. Remember also that all new members brought
into the Order this last quarter will be in honor of our State Chaplain, Father
Leo Blanchett and that we are also morally obligated to offer the opportunity to
every qualified Catholic male to join our Order and thus to join us in the
defense of Church and State. One new Knight per council will put us over the
top, continue recruiting for our Order and the programs that we support.
This year we will take part in the Silver Rose program that will start sometime
in August, an itinerary of the path of the Rose will be coming out soon. Please
make plans to host or attend a service dedicated to Our Lady whom we have
pledged to champion.
God Bless You All
Vivat Jesus
